Host/Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas.
For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. Applicant must have open availability.
Knowledge of Open Table a Plus.
Assist Servers as needed
Must be able to walk up and down stairs, maintain a positive attitude, and professional manner with the guests. Must be comfortable answering phones, and able to multi-task.

With experience in food service and restaurant operations, you will efficiently handle guest inquiries and seating arrangements. Your relevant skills in POS systems and guest relations will further enhance our service quality, making you a vital part of our hospitality team dedicated to providing exceptional experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Host/Hostess in a restaurant environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Background in food service and hospitality
- Ability to manage guest relations and provide exceptional guest services
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and reservation systems like OpenTable
