Rose Villa is seeking a full-time Transition Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing team!

This position coordinates and supports new and existing residents and their families through the move-in and move-out process as well as assisting with internal on campus moves. The Transitions Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the move in and out process is a positive and supported experience. The Transitions Coordinator assists the Marketing and Sales Manager in introducing, educating and promoting the benefits of moving to a Life Plan Community to prospective residents and their families. In addition, the Transitions Coordinator will play a key role in the success of our new early advantage program, Take Root, which is set to start in early 2025. This position will lead components of the Take Root program including being the liaison between Rose Villa and the HealthyLifetime program through the University of Michigan.

  • A person who can problem solve, meet deadlines and is detailed oriented.
  • An individual who can work independently but also in a team environment.
  • Someone who has strong written, oral and proof-reading skills.
  • A team member who values collaboration, is a strong contributor and is eager to make a difference in the lives of elders.

Wage and benefits:

  • Starting wage is $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience
  • This is a full-time, exempt position

Education and experience requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar role, with demonstrated confident written and oral communications skills
  • At least 3 years of prior administrative and project management experience
  • Experience and proficiency using MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
