About Us:

Rosebud Equipment Rental and Hanwi Holdings specialize in equipment and commercial/storage unit rentals, providing reliable service to our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator to support daily operations, bookkeeping, and customer interactions.

Job Summary:

The Office Administrator will be responsible for bookkeeping, contract management, and administrative support. This role supports both Rosebud Equipment Rental and Hanwi Holdings (commercial/storage rental units) by ensuring smooth financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P)
  • Collect payments, post bills, and prepare bank deposits
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in financial reporting

Contract & Rental Management:

  • Assist with storage unit contracts, including new agreements, renewals, and customer records
  • Process rental payments

Administrative Support:

  • Answer phones, direct calls, and manage email correspondence
  • Provide daily assistance to Serena, our office manager
  • Organize office files and order office supplies

Customer Service & Office Duties:

  • Assist rental customers with inquiries and transactions
  • Ensure a friendly and efficient customer experience
  • Perform general clerical tasks to support office operations

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience in bookkeeping, office administration, or customer service
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable handling occasional difficult situations

Preferred:

  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Background in customer service, property management, or equipment rental
