About Us:
Rosebud Equipment Rental and Hanwi Holdings specialize in equipment and commercial/storage unit rentals, providing reliable service to our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator to support daily operations, bookkeeping, and customer interactions.
Job Summary:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for bookkeeping, contract management, and administrative support. This role supports both Rosebud Equipment Rental and Hanwi Holdings (commercial/storage rental units) by ensuring smooth financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P)
- Collect payments, post bills, and prepare bank deposits
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in financial reporting
Contract & Rental Management:
- Assist with storage unit contracts, including new agreements, renewals, and customer records
- Process rental payments
Administrative Support:
- Answer phones, direct calls, and manage email correspondence
- Provide daily assistance to Serena, our office manager
- Organize office files and order office supplies
Customer Service & Office Duties:
- Assist rental customers with inquiries and transactions
- Ensure a friendly and efficient customer experience
- Perform general clerical tasks to support office operations
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience in bookkeeping, office administration, or customer service
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable handling occasional difficult situations
Preferred:
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Background in customer service, property management, or equipment rental
