Special Events and Sales Manager – Rosebud Restaurant Group
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Special Events and Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional experiences for our clients and guests.
Duties:
Manage the complete event sales process, plan and coordinate all details of events, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and managing client requirements to ensure smooth execution.
Tracks event expenses and reviews accuracy of invoices.
Perform administrative tasks including (but not limited to) – creating name-tags, menu cards, buffet cards, signage.
Work within a team to ensure company policies and procedures are being followed appropriately to ensure delivery of an exceptional event every time
Works well with a team of culinary and operations experts to create efficiencies and maximize revenue
Builds and maintains customers relationships.
Coordinate with all the departments involved in the organization of the event.
Handle post-event evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement
Experience:
2 year’s experience in event management or support required.
The role demands flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client meetings and events.
Flexible and available for travel to multiple locations.
