Looking for SERVERS, BARTENDERS, BUSSERS, and HOSTS for this new, fine dining, steakhouse. From the CHC Restaurant Group with restaurants in Indiana and Illinois, and owners of Chicago's iconic Rosebud Steakhouse and it's 25 year history, we are excited to introduce Rosebud to Texas. SERVERS, BARTENDERS, BUSSERS, AND HOST
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as needed, contributing to a seamless service experience.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Ability to work in a high-energy setting while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly demeanor that encourages customer interaction.
- Familiarity with food service practices and food handling regulations is advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.62 - $33.28 per hour
