Position Purpose :
The Recovery Specialist must be eligible to pursue the Certified Recovery Support Specialist credential (CRSS) based on their behavioral health lived experience.
The Recovery Specialist will do the following : Provide recovery-oriented, person centered, and trauma informed services; Serve as an advocate; Provide information and support for individuals in emergency, outpatient and walk-in settings; Participate as a team member in the delivery of treatment services to clients and their families and to facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations; Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
Part Time Schedule :
- Saturday & Sunday - 4 : 00pm - 12 : 30am
- Monday - 6pm - 10pm

Starting Pay ( based on education, experience, and credentials )
HS / GED - $18.43 per hour
Shift differentials : Additional pay based on regularly scheduled shift hours
Work Location : Rosecrance Mulberry Center – Rockford, IL
