Position Purpose :
At Supervised Residential, our goal is to take in individuals whom have struggled to remain independent due to their symptoms of various diagnoses of mental health disorders. During a residence stay within the program we work with each individual in order to improve upon healthy habits, coping skills, symptom management, social skills, build support networks and any needed independent skills. This allows each resident to graduate, and move on and into independent living. We are seeking a Team Leader to work with our collaborative healthcare team to provide individualized mental health services to each resident.
Basic Responsibilities :
- Provide therapeutic and friendly environment
- Provide one-on-one supervision and feedback within leadership meetings
- Ensure that safety protocols are met
- Organize case load and provide specific assignments to staff to meet the needs of each resident
- Observe and assist in basic cooking skills
- Lead and conduct various groups with all residents present based on topics of mental health
- Be able to write clear and concise documentation of day's events
- Provide basic cleaning instruction and observation
- Complete light cleaning and organization duties

Eligible for the operational leadership incentive of up to 10% of base pay based on achievement of KPIs and metrics for this role
