Position Purpose : Provides case management and supportive services for clients being treated in residential treatment. Facilitate client engagement in treatment services and successfully transition clients through levels of care to support early recovery. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal, and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the support of delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families and to facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
Qualifications / Basic Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or other related field, or equivalent experience and training
- Demonstrated education, training, or experience in the behavioral health / human services.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills,
- Computer proficiency required,
- Ability to navigate and complete documentation in the electronic healthcare record,
- Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the prescribed time frames
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with both clients and families; and motivate engagement in support systems identified through case management.
- Ability to present and coordinate lectures for clients, families, staff, or community resources.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Agency insurance requirements,

Essential Responsibilities :
Employ engagement strategies to increase client understanding of and motivation to complete treatment to support recovery.
Attend all scheduled meetings of staff, such as treatment plan reviews, shift meetings or appropriate committee meetings as designated.
Schedule : 8-hour shifts
Schedule : Sunday-Thursday 9a-530p. One shift will be 1230p-9p.
Pay : Based on education, experience and credentials
21.11 / hr.
Shift differentials : Additional pay based on regularly scheduled shift hours
