Job Requirements
To ensure the person hired for this position will be successful we are requiring the following :
- LPN / RN licensure in good standing in the State of Kentucky
- Prior long term care experience is preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Computer proficiency and electronic documentation experience preferred
- Familiarity with culture change and / or person-centered care would be a plus
- Excellent ability to foster a team-oriented work environment
