Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
• LPN/RN licensure in good standing in the State of Kentucky
• Prior long term care experience preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Computer proficiency and electronic documentation experience preferred
• Familiarity with culture change and/or person-centered care would be an asset
