What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transportation Aide 5.75 Hours/ 10 Months position at Rosedale Union School District?
Under the immediate direction of the Superintendent and/or designee, supervises children at bus stops, interchange areas, and on bus going to and from school; assist bus driver as he/she may direct and other work as assigned. Knowledge of basic concepts of working with children with special needs. Certification in first aid and CPR issued by the American Red Cross or equivalent desired. Positive behavioral support and behavior management strategies.
Ability to interact in a positive way with students, bus drivers, parents and other school staff. Ability to work with individuals with special needs.
Salary : $16 - $25
