You will be responsible for recruiting - which includes relationship building, sourcing and hiring talent for key roles across the company. This includes both portfolio retention and retail loan originators.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring.
· Locate and identify high-performing mortgage professionals in key markets and drive engagement to attract them to the Rosegate team.
· Work alongside other senior leaders to identify the evolving needs of the business and align recruiting efforts with company goals.
· Maintain relationships with new hires and monitor performance and provide feedback.
· Lead Human Capital
Qualifications:
· Self-Motivated
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work in the office.
· Pre-existing relationships in the mortgage industry.
