Responsibilities:

Manage and own third-party technology & operational integrations essential for GSE delivery, ensuring these integrations function seamlessly within our operations.

Align on and implement process improvements, quality control measures, and compliance practices that support company goals.

Construct and maintain Rosegate's production systems for both portfolio retention & retail loan origination channels to maximize opportunities and conversion for both channels, driving leads and customers to respective loan officers across both channels.

Configure and optimize internal technology tools to support efficient process flows, staying current with the latest mortgage technology advancements.

Develop efficient, streamlined workflows, focusing on productivity and error reduction. In addition, Employee acknowledges that Rosegate is bound contractually by the terms and conditions of various agreements in effect between Rosegate and its investors.

Qualifications:

Self-Motivated

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work in the office.

Pre-existing experience in the mortgage industry.
