The Role
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Esthetics Instructor to join our team. This role involves teaching esthetics classes and assisting with additional administrative duties to support the school’s operations. The ideal candidate is an engaging educator with a strong understanding of skincare techniques, industry trends, and state board requirements. This role requires teaching, mentoring, and preparing students for their careers in esthetics.
Responsibilities
- Teach esthetics theory curriculum, including skin physiology & anatomy, facial techniques, facial massage, waxing, makeup application, and state board preparation.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise student practice sessions.
- Evaluate and grade students' assessments & performance, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Prepare students for licensing exams and career opportunities.
Qualifications
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of esthetics techniques and state board requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about education, mentorship, and student success.
- Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
