Roseland Management, management services organization for Precision Spine Care, is currently looking for a Human Resources & Compliance Assistant to join the administration team. The team at Roseland Management is focused on delivering healthcare support services at the highest standards of pride, service, and compassion.
The HR & Compliance Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Operations team and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. This position involves assisting with general human resources duties including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and facilitating training programs. Additionally, the Assistant will help monitor compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations, assist in audits, and support the management of compliance policies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of HR practices and healthcare regulatory compliance. A background and experience (2-3 years min.) in human resources or a related field is required. Experience with physician practice management a plus. This role is great for individuals looking to expand upon their knowledge and skills with a growing multi-state management company!
