Position Summary:

This dynamic role is at the forefront of evaluating College of Dental Medicine (CODM) outcome data, driving quality metrics, and empowering clinical and operational decision-making in partnership with the Institutional Outcomes and Practice Management teams. As the Manager of Administration, you'll play a pivotal role in analyzing clinical data, streamlining procedures, and presenting innovative solutions to the College of Dental Medicine leadership to align with the institution's vision and mission. Additionally, you'll lead key Patient Care initiatives, shaping outcomes and advancing treatment best practices to enhance the College of Dental Medicine’s impact and excellence.

Essential Functions:

  • Patient Care Operations: Manages daily operations of Patient Care across CODM, ensuring alignment with the curriculum and implementing process improvements for clinic efficiency.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Collaborates with data teams to analyze clinical data and create technical, statistical, financial, and narrative reports using Microsoft Suite.
  • Administrative Support: Oversees expense management (Concur), travel arrangements, reimbursements, and faculty credentialing records while coordinating clinic faculty scheduling.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Acts as a bridge between clinical operations, Institutional Outcomes, and other departments to optimize electronic clinical data and improve metrics.
  • Compliance and Training: Leads onboarding/training for new clinical faculty on OSHA, HIPAA, and scheduling while managing unusual incident records and learning platforms (e.g., HIPAA, AHA, CPR).
  • Admissions and Metrics Analysis: Supports student immunization processes, monitors clinic operations data, and collaborates with teams to evaluate and improve clinic metrics using AxiUm data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in business public health or healthcare. 
  • 3 years management experience preferred in healthcare.
  • Previous administrative and organizational experience required. 
  • Experience working directly with clinicians, and multidisciplinary quality improvement teams.
