Part-time Custodian needed for a Government Contractor Company - Rosemark. Place of work is the David Wheeler Federal Building in Baker City, Oregon. Five days per week, Monday - Friday, 4 hrs. per shift, flexible schedule, $17.20 per hour. 401(k) plan, 11 paid Government holidays per year, two weeks vacation per year which increases after 5 years of employment, and 7 days sick time per year. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Ensure restrooms and common areas are sanitized and well-stocked with supplies.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks and support facilities maintenance as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a safe environment.
