Staffing Coordinator

Job Description

Rosemary & Rye Catering is adding a Part-Time Staffing Coordinator to our growing team. As a full-service food & beverage company we are looking for an organized and motivated individual to help with staffing for all Rosemary & Rye events.

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual with a strong attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to…

• Schedule staff for all events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties with qualified personnel.
• Manage overtime, shift change requests, and call-offs.
• Maintain and update training materials and schedules.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the accuracy of event information (e.g., start/end times, locations, uniforms, worker instructions).
• Communicate all pertinent event information clearly to staff.
• Distribute and manage staff uniforms.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a management role or similar position, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Experience with Caterease and/or Nowsta is a strong plus.
