RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and serve customers with a warm, hospitable demeanor while ensuring exceptional customer service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine and drink selections to enhance the dining experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience working in a high volume restaurant
- Previous experience with Toast POS preferred
- Knowledge base of food, wine, and spirits
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry's best practices, including department of health standards
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and some holidays
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude; a team player that's willing to work as a team to provide the best possible guest experience every time!
