Casa Nela is looking for experienced pasta makers to join our culinary team at Rosemary's Miami. If you have a passion for great food and hospitality, then we want to meet you!

REQUIREMENTS:
-Extruded, hand shaped, and rolled pasta making experience preferred.
-Proven cooking experience in an high volume restaurant
-Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
-Familiar with industry's best practices, including department of health standards
-Availability to work weekends, nights, and some holidays
-Positive attitude; a team player that's willing to work as a team to provide the best possible guest experience every time!
