Community Liaison Opportunity
Rosemont - a HumanGood community is seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team. As a Community Liaison, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and support services to residents, visitors, and staff.
About the Role
This is a part-time/full-time position, requiring availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for disseminating information, operating a telephone console or switchboard, and performing general clerical duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage visitor traffic and ensure that all visitors are greeted and assisted in a timely manner
- Provide information about community services, amenities, and events to residents, visitors, and staff
- Assist with resident services, such as transportation, mail, and deliveries
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need prior customer service experience, computer skills, and high school diploma or equivalent. You must also be available to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
