Candidates responsible for assisting with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs for a long-term care nursing facility in accordance with patient assessment plans and regulatory guidelines.
Assist with the conduct of patient social activities such as parties, games. and special events; weekends and holidays.
Assist with documentation of patient assessments and activity attendance records.
Maintain equipment and supply inventories used in the activities program

Possess the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
