Seeking to hire a dynamic, energetic and exceptional Medical Records/Central Supply for our skilled nursing facility.
You would be responsible for filing information such as nurses notes, resident assessments, progress notes, Laboratory reports, x-ray results etc into Residents charts, you will also assist in developing procedures to ensure records are properly completed, assembled, coded, signed , index ed etc before filing returned incomplete records/charts to the appropriate personnel for correction. Retrieve Medical Records when requested by authorized personnel and maintain record of authorized information on a regular basis.
In your Central Supply Role responsibilities will include planning and directing the procurement of nursing supplies through approved vendors, you will maintain all inventorys through organization of storage areas and stocking of supplies, you will also be tasked with transportation of residents to and from appointments.
