Looking for Full Time Housekeeping / Laundry aides mainly evening hours.
Purpose of this position
The purpose of this position is to implement facility housekeeping procedures in a efficient, cost-effective manner to safely meet residents’ needs
in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential physical and intellectual duty as identified. The
requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required.
Communication / Language Skills – Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills. Ability to present
information to supervisor.
Ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds, as well as standing for prolonged periods of time, stooping, and bending.
Delegation of authority
Authority is delegated to the individual in this position to :
Implement housekeeping procedures to meet residents’ needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements
Participate in the monitoring system for the housekeeping department
Notify supervisor when supplies are needed
Notify supervisor when equipment in need of repair
Notify supervisor when areas of the facility are in need of repair
