ROSEN is looking for a HSE Administrator that will be based in Houston, TX. This position reports directly to the Head of HSE and will be a part of the HSE team.

The HSE Administrator plays a crucial support role within the Health, Safety, and Environment team, ensuring the smooth operation of safety programs, compliance efforts, and administrative functions. They are responsible for maintaining safety records, coordinating training sessions, managing documentation related to incidents and inspections, and ensuring that company policies align with regulatory requirements.

They are responsible for maintaining safety records, coordinating training sessions, managing documentation related to incidents and inspections, and ensuring that company policies align with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
What will I be doing?
- Manage drug and alcohol testing program and reporting.
- Order and provide COC forms as necessary.
- Maintain First Aid & medical supplies.
- Revise and maintain evacuation maps.
- Send employees for medical testing, Safety RX, fit testing, etc.
- Provide assistance in HSE/DOT compliance to operations.
- Assist with document control of company HSE procedures, policies and programs.
- Review and update chemicals/labels and SDS on a regular basis.
- Manage customer & third party portals such as PEC, ISNetworld, Veriforce, Avetta, etc.
- Assist with providing HSE information internal and external customers.
- Run weekly/monthly HSE reports for incidents, observations, corrective actions, etc.
- Research/purchase specialized PPE and safety equipment.
- Perform safety inspections.
- Assist with HSE training and safety meetings.
- Pull monthly HSE KPI data from related systems.
- Take meeting minutes for monthly, quarterly and annual corporate meetings.
- Assist with Safety Committee team and Emergency Response team objectives.
- Review, approve and/or escalate supplier requests.
- Other administrative duties as needed for the HSE department.
REQUIREMENTS
What are we looking for?
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Two (2) years of administrative experience with some prior experience dealing with safety processes, HSE compliance, contractor management databases, and/or drug testing programs.
Qualification or Skills:
- Experience using ISNetworld preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge of OSHA policies.
- Excellent communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, MS Word, Power Point and Excel).
- Experienced in data management and reporting.
