Summary :
The Interior Designer will work closely with the Manager of Design & Brand Strategies (MDBS) on developing and maintaining the integrity of the Rosen Brand on all design projects. The Interior Designer will contribute to all design projects assigned by MDBS.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the project team to deliver projects on schedule.
- Deliverables include but are not limited to image research, mood boards, presentations, finish palettes, and illustrating the design in 2D and 3D as needed.
- Help maintain administrative requirements.
- Produce and develop project schedules, coordinate technical drawings, which include contract document sets, FF&E / A specifications, material schedules, and budgets.
- Perform construction administration services including RFI responses, submittal reviews, field reports, and punch list reviews, where applicable.
- Work closely with the design team to promote a culture of design excellence and creativity.
- Participate in coordination with consultants, vendors and contractors.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
