Summary :
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing exceptional customer service, and managing guest accounts during check-in and check-out. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong conflict-management skills, and excel in decision-making to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and register guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accurate billing and efficient service.
- Maintain accurate guest records, and payment transactions, and follow hotel policies for room assignments.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco / nicotine-free policies.
- All other duties as assigned.
