Summary:
The Front Desk Lead at Rosen Hotels & Resorts assists the Front Desk Supervisor with daily front desk operations. They act as a supervisor to all front desk agents, assist with handling complaints, and oversee employee and guest interactions based on Company Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Desk Supervisor in daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs
- Act as a supervisor to all front desk agents, providing guidance and support in guest interactions
- Address and resolve guest complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee employee and guest interactions, interceding when necessary to maintain professionalism and guest service
- Stand, walk, and lift for extended periods during the shift to manage front desk activities effectively
- Effectively communicate both orally and in writing with staff and the general public
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and technology usage to facilitate front desk tasks
Experience/Qualifications:
- Must have at least 6 months of front desk experience.
- Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
