- Supervise and oversee the daily performance of Bellman and Doorman to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery and collection of luggage, parcels, and letters at the Concierge
- Maintain proper records of items kept at Concierge and manage inventory
- Constantly stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to lbs during Bell Service tasks
- Uphold the company's drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the workplace
