Summary:
The Host will provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting, welcoming, and seating arriving guests in our dining outlet. They will assist in seating arrangements and create an enjoyable dining experience based on Company Standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly demeanor. Manage table assignments and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide information on menu offerings and daily specials.
- Ensure timely and courteous seating of guests.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
