Summary:
The Housekeeping Status Desk at Rosen Hotels & Resorts efficiently receives, records, and distributes work orders to the housekeeping staff. It also coordinates with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive work orders and requests for housekeeping services
- Record and distribute work orders to housekeeping staff promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Ensure all assigned guest calls or special requests are completed based on Company Standards
- Update and maintain accurate records and reports in the tracking system
- Follow Company Standards for guest service and maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and team members
- Adhere to the drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policies of the company
- All other duties assigned
Experience/Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs infrequently
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
