Summary : Completes maintenance and facilities tasks from work orders. Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment. Dismantle defective machines and equipment; install new components. Install and repair electrical apparatuses, such as transformers, wiring, and electrical components of machinery and equipment.Responsibilities : Maintains equipment and performs preventative maintenance. Troubleshoots and repairs equipmentand performs inspections to ensure efficient operation.Monitors the Energy Management Control SystemsRepairsHVAC-related equipment as needed.Attends scheduled meetings and required training to maintain current industry knowledge. Tracks work requests and orders parts as needed Supports the property by providing various other maintenance support such as electrical repairs,plumbing repairs, and general property maintenanceMakes skilled trade and journey-level repairs or installations depending on area of assignment andexpertise.Perform duties as assigned to Maintenance Technician III. Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly Perform maintenance work independently.Utilize appropriate safety precautions, methods, and apparatus to minimize and withstandexposure to chemicals, dust, and mechanical and electrical hazardsPerforms all other duties assigned Experience / Qualifications : 2 years of maintenance experience required.
