What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeyman Electrician position at Rosen Hotels & Resorts?
Summary :
The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems. They work with blueprints to figure out how the systems are supposed to work and use that information to troubleshoot electrical problems and come up with solutions for them.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for troubleshooting electrical system concerns.
- Responsible for installation of electrical wiring and providing power on new projects.
- Responsible for pulling data, phone, and power.
- Assist in Infra-Red survey and repairs to the system when necessary.
- Assure timelines are met and schedules are followed.
- Maintain communications with the Chief Engineers, the Supervisor, and the Central Engineering Management team.
- Have an understanding of building codes as it relates to OSHA and the Fire Department.
- Assist Supervisor on projects as requested.
- Work side by side with outside service providers.
