What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lobby Bar Server position at Rosen Hotels & Resorts?
Summary:
Provide outstanding guest service by greeting patrons as they enter the establishment, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, accepting payment, and delivering it to the cash counter. Stock service areas, clean tables and counters, and ensure customers are satisfied based on Company Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a professional manner
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell items
- Clear tables and assist with guest requests
- Accept payment and process transactions
- Set up and close the restaurant efficiently
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
- All other duties as assigned
Experience/Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced food-service environment.
- Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
