VIP Concierge

Summary:
The VIP/ Concierge at Rosen Hotels & Resorts ensures all guest needs are met and provides highly specialized services to enhance guest experiences. They act as the main liaison between guests, the hotel, and outside vendors. The VIP/ Concierge provides advice on local events, food, entertainment, and wine choices based on Company Standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding, personalized services to meet all guest needs and enhance their experiences
• Serve as the main point of contact between guests, the hotel, and outside vendors
• Offer advice about local events, food, entertainment, and wine choices to enhance guest satisfaction
• Interact with guests, providing recommendations and tips to enrich their stay
• Sit for extended periods, talk and hear, walk and stretch while inspecting rooms
• Uphold the company's drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the workplace
• All other duties as assigned

Experience/Qualifications:

• Related experience preferred
• Must be able to legally work in the USA

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent required
