Responsibilities
- Greet customers at the reception desk in a pleasant and professional manner
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from car deals and provide receipt of payment
- Maintain key, gas, plate and inventory spreadsheets
- Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and direct consumers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
- Distribute daily intercompany paperwork.
- Accepting new vehicles into inventory which included tagging keys, entering data into appropriate inventory systems and accounting entries.
- Process dealer trade paperwork and submit to corporate for processing.
- Submitting monthly supplies and coffee orders to corporate
- Maintain coffee bar by keeping counter-tops clean and refilling products as necessary
- Filing paperwork as needed.
- Perform any other special duties as requested by dealer and other managers
- Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy
Qualifications
- Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- 18 years of age or older required
- Valid driver's license and willing to submit to pre-employment background check
