JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer to join our team and create compelling print and digital materials that drive impact. - Developing impressive large-scale guides and catalogs.
- Designing captivating digital and print ads and campaigns.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and maintain a cohesive brand direction across all marketing and sales materials, driving organizational goals through impactful visual communication.
- Lead the design and development of diverse projects by:
- Engaging with internal clients to understand their vision and fostering strong relationships with business partners, project owners, and team members.
- Produce high-quality design assets by:
- Guiding projects from creative brief to execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Leveraging brand guidelines to develop innovative initiatives.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team for creative synergy.
- Managing project files according to internal processes and conducting meticulous proofreading.
- Oversee multiple projects by prioritizing milestones, collaborating effectively, and ensuring timely delivery on budget.
- Provide innovative insights into project concepts, translating them into engaging designs while building strong relationships with customers and vendors for seamless communication.
- Execute impactful marketing strategies and brand campaigns, demonstrating proactive ownership and delivering fresh perspectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred, with at least 2 years in an agency or in-house team.
- Required expertise in Adobe InDesign, with experience in creating large-scale guides, catalogs, and multi-page documents; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), and Microsoft Office.
- Required skills in enhancing and manipulating photography for visual impact.
- Nice to have experience in video production, motion graphics, and animation.
- Nice to have proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Proven ability to articulate innovative ideas and deliver creative solutions for complex projects.
- Capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communicator with a track record of successful collaboration and independent work.
- Ability to establish collaborative relationships with management and external vendors.
- Excellent critical thinking skills to evaluate solutions and approaches to challenges.
