ROSEN USA, based in Houston, TX seeks to employ a Best Practice Specialist to work with our Training & Education Business Line.
Responsibilities:
The main core deliverables of the Best Practice Specialist, are as follows (but not limited to the list below)
- Defining guidelines, workflow, procedures, instructions and templates along the best practice process.
- Checking if efficient and optimal processes, workflows & proceedings exists against best practices.
- Driving a continuous improvement process.
- Providing improvement and decision proposals.
- Facilitating and controlling of improvement projects/steps
- Providing solutions to close gaps within established control loops moderating events based on ROSEN's root cause analysis process (on demand)
Qualification or Skills:
- Candidate shall have a higher professional education, Bachelor degree preferred. Comparable work experience will be considered.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality management, Project management or Process Professional (ROSEN) within the oil and gas industries preferred.
- Experience in analyzing and implementation of projects that lead to improvement, profitability, innovation, reduction of waste etc. Using industry benchmarking methods and best practices such as ISO, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, six sigma.
- Consistent track record of meeting performance objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and high level of customer and service-focus
- Excellent Interpersonal skills – Ability to work well within a team
- Technical aptitude to enable understanding of internal customer needs.
- Ability to read and interpret regulations, work procedures, technical instructions and technical references is a plus.
- Well-developed planning and reporting skills
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
