POSITION SUMMARY
The Pump Assembler I will cut, weld, and sand pipes to prepare for assembly. They will bolt and assemble components to the plumbing system. The Pump Assembler will read through specs and blueprints to ensure it meets the customer’s standards. Also, they will perform water and suction tests to ensure the efficiency of the plumbing system.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Cuts, welds, and sands pipes to prepare for assembly.
- Bolts and assembles components to the plumbing system.
- Reads through specs and blueprints to ensure it meets the standards of the customer.
- Performs water and suction tests to ensure the efficiency of the plumbing system.
- Installs valves and ensures they are correctly attached.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the supervisor to meet the needs of the department.
