POSITION SUMMARY
The Aftermarket Sales Analyst will be responsible for collecting and evaluating data to comprehend business requirements and procedures to help pinpoint opportunities for enhancement in the Aftermarket Pats Sales & Operations group. The Aftermarket Business Analyst will support the Aftermarket Parts Sales group by deploying tools and reports to inform and support decision-making.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Assesses quality, meaning and overall value of data using statistical techniques.
- Develops and implements data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that will optimize the overall efficiency and quality of the companys products and/or services.
- Utilizes raw data to identify, research, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within a market, geographic footprint, component, chassis or other analysis links.
- Interacts with key departments like Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to aid in problem solving and finding root causes.
- Understands the data flow and business processes captured in multiple systems and is able to merge them for reporting.
- Builds reports/ dashboards using Power BI.
- Presents reports and high-level findings to various staff and Senior Leadership.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize new requests as they are presented.
- Proactively improves the quality of company reporting.
- Supports CRM Data Quality through analytical skills.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the company.

Knowledge, Education, and/or Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, data analytics, accounting, information management, mathematics, statistics, or a related field required.
- 3 years of experience working as a data analyst supporting a sales division required.
- Previous experience using reporting packages (Power BI, Tableau, etc), databases (SQL based ERP System-Sage 500), advanced Excel and programming required.
