POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Supervisor will oversee the Quality Inspectors to ensure Rosenbauer’s high quality standards are met. This includes managing the scheduling, mentoring, and monitoring the performance of Quality Inspectors, as well as ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
All employees are required to support Rosenbauer’s Mission, Vision, and Values. The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer.
- Supervise and mentor Quality Inspectors, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Schedule and coordinated inspection activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to Quality Inspectors on their performance.
- Oversee in-process and final inspection referencing RMN Quality Management System Process OP 850 and customer build specifications.
- Ensure truck ship duties are performed according to RMN Quality Management System Process 852.
- Manage Commercial Chassis check-in duties referencing RMN Quality Management System Process 840.
- Audit inspection reports and checklists to verify resolution of findings.
- Ensure inspection reports and checklists to verify resolution of findings.
- Ensure inspections meet RMN Engineering and NFPA requirements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the ISO 9001 International Standard and demonstrate conformity.
- Gathering, reporting, and analyzing data as part of continuous improvement program.
- Sustain the Quality management System with the required departmental standards.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the organization and our members.

Hand tools, power tools, grinders, cut off wheels, tape measure and pressure washer.
