POSITION SUMMARY
The Receptionist's job is to perform clerical tasks and provide customer service in an office setting. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
All employees are required to support Rosenbauer’s Mission, Vision, and Values. The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer.
Answers phone calls and emails from customers, dealers, and employees to assist with requests and answer questions.
Greets visitors in a friendly professional manner.
Tracks and schedules orders (i.e. clothing, food, etc.)
Manages company vehicles and coordinates maintenance to ensure they are available and in good working condition.
Receives, distributes, and sends outgoing mail and schedules UPS and FedEx shipments.
Orders and maintains adequate levels of office supplies, while maintaining cost effectiveness.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the company.
