Job Description:
The Cab Line Assembler will be responsible for installing various components into the fire truck cab, including floors, door components, lights, wire harnesses, and windows.
Responsibilities:
- Install interior trim, vents, and door components on the cab.
- Run wire harnesses according to schematics.
- Crimp and connect wires and electrical components together.
- Install kick steps and light system along with other components on the floor of the cab.
- Wire the air pumps, dash components, and fuse box to complete the electrical components within the cab.
- Install seats, light bars, mirrors, and other equipment to the cab.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Strong mechanical and technical ability required.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
