Job description

Responsibilities :

Provide assistance and support to residents in an assisted living facility
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Engage residents in social and recreational activities
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Shifts Available : 8AM-5PM ; Weekend 7AM-7PM

Skills :

Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral health needs is a plus

Knowledge of airway management, gastric lavage, and sterile processing is preferred

Familiarity with electronic medical records systems such as Cerner or eClinicalWorks is a plus

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Compassionate and patient demeanor

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

Please note that specific training will be provided for tasks such as airway management, gastric lavage, sterile processing, and the use of durable medical equipment (DME).
