We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Paralegal Assistant to join our team. This full-time position offers the potential for a hybrid work schedule after successfully completing the training period. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
Experience with case management software and e-filing will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:
- Document Filing: File legal documents electronically (e-filing) with courts, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.
- Case Management: Maintain and update case information in the firm's case management software, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Document Organization: Save and manage documents according to firm protocols, ensuring they are properly stored and shared with appropriate parties.
- Bates Labeling & Disclosure: Organize and prepare legal documents for disclosure, including applying Bates numbering and ensuring compliance with discovery requirements.
- Mailing & Correspondence: Prepare and send legal correspondence and filings via mail and electronic systems as required.
- Collaboration & Problem Solving: Work closely with attorneys and team members to manage workload effectively, anticipate needs, and troubleshoot document-related challenges.
- Confidentiality & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality standards and legal protocols in all document handling and communication.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Experience:
- Proficiency with legal case management software (e.g., MyCase, Clio, or similar).
- Experience with e-filing systems in Nevada and other jurisdictions.

Work Schedule:
