As our Marketing & Business Development Associate, you’ll play a vital role in developing and executing our social media and business development strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to create compelling content, plan community events, and support various marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to grow their career in marketing.
Compensation : 55,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute a social media plan to grow Rosenblum Law’s online presence.
Content Creation : Shoot and produce engaging videos and collaborate with freelancers for editing. Maintain a detailed social media calendar to ensure consistent posting.
Community Engagement : Perform outreach and plan and assist with events to build community relationships.
Content Writing : Assist with creating and editing content for the Rosenblum Law website.
Email Marketing : Draft, edit, and schedule emails as part of marketing campaigns.
Support Marketing Channels : Contribute to paid search campaigns, public relations efforts, and other marketing initiatives.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and analytics tools.
Strong video production and editing skills; familiarity with Adobe Premiere or similar tools is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong writing and communication skills.
A creative mindset with a strong eye for design and storytelling.
Experience with community development, event planning, or PR is a bonus.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and paid advertising is a plus.
Spanish-speaking is a plus to better engage with our diverse audience.
