What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Rosenboom Machine & Tool Inc?
This position is for 2nd or 3rd shift after training on 1st shift for up to 6 months
$2,600 Sign on bonus
$3 Shift premium when moved to off shift
Wages depend on experience and knowledge
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
- PLC's
- 3 Phase power
- Electrical trouble shooting
Install and program PLC systems as needed to support automation and facility
Troubleshoot electrical wiring, boards, HMI, displays, relay logic, control, and safety circuits;
Support preventative and predictive maintenance on all equipment
Demonstrates a working knowledge Microsoft Office, SQL, CMMS, and PLC programming software;
Demonstrates a working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and machining;
Demonstrate ability to integrate hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and software systems
Demonstrates knowledge of production/processing inputs, outputs, raw materials, waste, quality control, costs and techniques for maximizing manufacturing and safety;
Demonstrates a working knowledge of design techniques, principles, tools and instruments involved in the production and use of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and stand, move about the facility, use hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools, or controls, bend, and/or twist. The employee is required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
