Summary
Manage and maintain inventory in Stockroom/Toolroom and assemble both Stockroom kits and seal kits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and stock purchased parts inventories.
- Log use of consumable products.
- Receive packages to the stockroom and toolroom, verify packing slip, and stock as necessary.
- Organize the stockroom/toolroom: Keep the stockroom clean and safe, and ensure that items are accurately labeled, located, organized, and arranged.
- Audit inventory: Conduct periodic inventory audits.
- Receive and inspect shipments: Ensure that inventory arrives on time and undamaged, and allocated to the correct areas. Report any issues to a supervisor.
- Retrieve the necessary tooling for machinists/operators.
Required Skills/Abilities/Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Three to six months relative experience preferred.
