The Senior Multimedia Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing, coordinating, and producing a wide variety of materials to promote Rosendin’s branding and messaging for internal and external distribution. This includes digital/web/mobile, videography, photography, and editing. The ideal candidate would be comfortable quickly developing and turning around high-quality video and photo content.
What You’ll Do
- Exceptional ability to tell stories through video, photography, and other digital media, working cross-functionally with all Marketing Department roles, and with functional and operational departments within Rosendin to support the company’s goals, programs, and events.
- Ability to travel with short notice to capture content based on needs and transport equipment in a safe manner.
- Ability to properly light subject matter including backgrounds and frame and compose shots that allows for flexibility in the editing process.
- Develop multimedia packages including, but not limited to, scriptwriting, storyboarding, field production, video recording, editing, and graphic elements.
- Manage multimedia assets (photos, videos) working closely with the Data Asset Management Specialist.
- Work closely with graphic designers through the production process and photo asset needs, including motion graphics.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Collaboration within Rosendin nationwide for photography needs, including but not limited to headshots, construction projects, events, interviews, etc.
- Maintaining best practices for video projects with transferring, editing, filing, and archiving photo, audio, and video files.
- The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work performed by this position. This is not a complete listing, and other duties will be performed as assigned or required within the role.
- 5 - 7 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework or degree in film production, photography or other related fields.
- Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
- Drone experience is a plus with a Commercial Part 107 Certification. Certificate is mandatory six months after hire.
- Multimedia and video production, photo composition, knowledge of use of graphic design elements, and visual storytelling.
- Storytelling using natural sound, interviews and music without narration required. Natural sound packages.
- New and emerging trends in communication media and technology.
- Ability to create multimedia narratives and messages using digital video programs and equipment.
- Ability to positively light in all conditions, including exterior lighting and lighting control – reflectors, bounce boards, ScrimJim, flags, tungsten, LED, and HMI lights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Ability to brainstorm creative ideas.
- Ability to take direction from others.
- Ability to pivot with a positive attitude.
- Ability to understand business objectives and goals and prioritize tasks to meet said goals.
- Ability to foresee conflicts in scheduling, timing, or coordination of shoots and scheduling and communicate issues before the potential conflicts arise.
- Ability to thrive as part of a team and provide guidance to developing team members.
- Expertise and fluency in video, photo, and graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Motion graphics experience a plus.
- Journalistic standards for visual and written communication.
- Communicate effectively with others in writing and face-to-face interaction.
- Must be able to interface with key stakeholders internally and externally including executives, senior leadership, field leadership, employees and external clients.
- Practice effective time management to work within tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A clear understanding of tagging/keywords for archiving/storage.

- Office work environment can include sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
- Shoot environments may be in extreme outdoor elements, including rough terrain, heat, cold, wind, dust and rain. PPE requirement must be followed based on environment.
- Noise level varies depending on environment.
- Occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs.
