Luxury F&I Manager Benefits :
- 75,000 - $150,000 Annual income potential - based on performance and experience
- Annual longevity bonus $5k-$12k
- Minimum guarantee for a 3 month training period
- 1 or more years of experience in a dealership F&I Department
- High-line F&I experience preferred but not required
